We have four servers, rates are;
Charm, 50/50/50
Nocturna, 500/500/120
Primal, 10/10/10
Mayaan, 2000/2000/2000
WoE runs twice a week on all servers;
22:00-23:00 (PM) GMT on Wednesday
6:00-7:00 (AM) GMT on Sunday
Rules
Please be sure to read these as they help make aeRO a better community. Also, the rules have been written here – you will be punished for breaking them. Don’t say you never knew. We generally do NOT give out warnings – these rules serve as warning enough. By registering and playing aeRO you are agreeing to follow the rules and live by our policies. Please show respect to other players and try to add to the community. You are also agreeing to abide by the decisions of the GM Team. While we try our best to be fair, it is impossible to ensure that everyone is satisfied with the deicions the GM Team makes.
No Third Party Programs
Botters will be permanently banned. Don’t use bots or other programs to run RO.
No GM Impersonation
Scammers and/or People who create accounts with “GM” or GM Names in them in order to scam or play will be permanently banned.
Spamming
Excessive spamming will result in a muted character.
Disrespect
Disrepect to other aeRO2 players and/or staff will result in being muted or banned, depending on the severity of the offence. Slandering the GMs or aeRO2 can also result in a ban. Respect the community and server you play on, or do not play at all.
Warping Others/Harrasment
Warping others against their will repeatedly or casting warp portals on loading/spawn points will get you a permanent ban. Harrasing other players repeatedly can also result in a ban or mute depending on the severity of the offence.
aeRO Policies
Here’s an outline on how we deal with certain situations –
Scamming/Hacked Accounts
We can’t do anything to restore your items/money. Don’t give out your password to people, be sure you trust someone before you deal them items. The GMs would never ask you for your login/password ingame. Even on irc, usually we don’t need to ask you for your password.
“Lost” items during server restart
Again, we don’t restore these – sorry. It would take up a lot of time and is impossible for us to check if you’re lying or not.
Bug Reports and “unlegit” Activity Reporting
Reporting such information will not get you banned. Let me repeat this again, we will not ban you for finding out about unlegit activity by GMs or other players, or for finding out about a bug, as long as you report it. However, if you have know of such things and chose to hide it from the staff team or abuse the knowledge, you and everyone else concerned will be permanently banned.
General character/account help + Reporting others
Do this via IRC – #aerosupport for account/character help, #aeropub if you have someone or something to report. Please try to keep PMing the operators at a minimum.
Item/Zeny Begging
The GMs do NOT give out items or zeny other than during events. Stop Begging.
aeRO English Policy
The forums, and IRC channels (#aeropub, #aerosupport) are English-only.
Any staff interaction that occurs ingame will also be done in English. Please do not talk to the GMs or Staff in any language other than english and expect them to respond – most likely, they won’t.
By signing up to play aeRO2, and participating in aeRO2, you have agreed to follow the rules and policies set by the aeRO2 staff team. The English-only Policy is one of the more important ones. Please follow it.
This server is run by English-speaking staff, and is maintained for free. While we appreciate the diversity of the players within aeRO2, the main language of communication is English. Not tagalog, not portugese, but english. The reason for this is because the staff team need to know what’s going on with the players, and we cannot do that if you are not speaking english.
There are plenty of non-english RO servers around – if you truly feel that our english-only policy for general communication within aeRO2 is limiting your freedom of speech, then you are welcome to go find another server that communicates in your language. Nobody is stopping you or forcing you to stay.
If you are now worrying about the limitations that this policy will set on you… here are some of the things you can still do:
- You MAY talk to others ingame using non-english; however ingame Events will be held in english, and staff will only respond to whispers that are in english.
- Non-english speakers can still join aeRO2; as long as you are aware of this policy and understand that we may not be able to help you unless you are capable of speaking english.
- The “English-only” policy for IRC only applies to #aeropub and #aerosupport; should you wish to, you can create channels for your own use that are not english based.
